I do not know if she has a deviantART. The likelihood may be small. However, I know who she is, we have talked some, and it is all very exciting. She lives in Chicago and the first time I will be able to see her will be at the beginning of Freshman orientation but I am alright with that.

I hope she likes me.

I figured I was due to change my journal entry eventually and how about today? In celebration of turning Eighteen. While I could have made a note when I decided to go to Knox College or when I graduated high school. Anywho. Today is my birthday. Yeah Me (in the most non-selfish way possible).

Our team won first place and so did our OID.
And now I am tired.

Ha ha! Get it? It's speechless. (sigh)

'Kay, Renni is a little nervous.
No, Renni stated this and decided not to be, why?
Because despite the fact that Millard North really wants to beat us, I am not going to worry about them, what I control will be my own performance.
Also, I know that my OID and my team has practiced and is ready for this, that we want to prove ourselves in the face of those who think our inexperienced team sux this year. Well we have kicked ass all season, and (don't jinx it...)
This year's team is full of a lot of love for each other, more than many teams in past years. For many of us this is our first and final hurrah. And while I want to win, as Mr. Davis says, if we try our best and give our all, we can't lose but get beat, and that's okay.

Renni is still nervous, but she is more excited.

The tournament which will decide whether my OID, as well as the other competitors of my team, will go to the State competition.
I am sure that other members of my team are nervous, and excited.
After four years, speaking--expression--performance is natural.
